From Tabernacle to Temple in Provo

When a fire destroyed the Provo Tabernacle in 2019, many residents feared the historic church would be torn down. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints owned the building and announced construction of the Provo Tabernacle Temple in 2019. On March 31, 2019 the iconic statue of Angel Moroni was placed atop the steeple.
